
Some times our skin becomes so dry that it begins to appear totally lifeless. The actual reason lies in the eating habits and the daily routine. So to avoid this you should take acre of your health also. So let us not discuss just the one aspect instead we will share here the reasons as well as solutions.
(i) Dryness in skin:
Dryness in skin occurs due to lack of water in body which in turn reduces the level if blood circulation. Apart from this the excessive use of soaps also increases the dryness of skin. Even too much hot or too much cold weather can also lead to skin dryness.
Solution:
In order to make your skin glow you do not need to take the help of any complex steps. Instead you just need to keep you skin clean and neat and provide it sufficient nutrients. Even exercising is very good and beneficial for skin and as well as body. Like you can have carrots, spinach and fruit juices. Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday.
(ii) Yellowness of skin:
Often we find people who are though very fair but there is the yellow shade present in their complexion instead of red one. It is nothing to feel good if skin colors is that as it may be because of some problem in lever.
Solution:
Consumption of alcohol in increased quantities also increases the problems in lever so it is recommended that such persons immediately reduce their alcohol consumption. Eat green leafy vegetables. Increase the intake of water and take in more and more of liquid food.
(iii) Dark circles:
Dark circles are a very common problem today with almost 75% of people today. But we often by giving it a name of dark circles escape from the actual treatment and just use cosmetics instead. But the reason is something else. It can be due to problem in kidney that it may not be working properly.
Solution:
Consume less of salt, and increase consumption of water so that your kidney works properly.
(iv) Itching in eyes:
Sometimes all of a sudden our eyes start itching so badly that it is almost impossible to tolerate it and so we happen to rub our fingers on eyes very badly and the result is the increasing itching. But the reason behind this is the tiredness of body or lack of magnesium in body.
Solution:
In such a situation consume more and more of green and leafy vegetables which will you to overcome the situation.
(v) Whitening of nails:
Whitening of nails is due to lack of blood.
Solution:
Consume more and more of iron contents in food. If possible then include red meat in your meal. Drink pomegranate juice and vitamin capsules.
(vi) Rough legs:
Often we ignore our rough feet and think that they may be due to more of work but this is not the actual reason. Because it happens due to the incomplete blood circulation in body.
Solution:
Apply vitamin E oils. And get proper pedicures.
(vii) Red spots in hands:
It is due to problem in lever or hormonal imbalances in body. Since the skin of hands is very thin so it appears red quickly.
Solution:
Use herbal products and drink more of milk. If possible then let your stomach gets cleaned for this you may consume only fruits for the whole day one day in a month.
