<p>*People generally clip the nails from the back side and with the help of an emery board as well. They clip the nail too deep from the corners. This makes the nails split. Better use the board starting from the left corner and to the centre and to the right by sawing back and forth few times. To get a smooth nail upper use a filer.<br />&nbsp;<br />*Cuticles are important part and they should not be neglected. Their neglectance may pose some problems, and those like hangnails. In order to avoid any such problem better oil them after you have a bath. </p>
<p>*Nail polish is an art that makes the nails look absolutely attractive and so before applying any nail paint first of all apply a layer of base coat to your nails. This will prevent late drying and also it prevents yellowing of nail paints.</p>

It is hardened in case of nails. The cells in our finger are responsible for the growth of nails. The different parts of the nails are &ndash; nail plate, nail bed, Lunula, matrix, and nail folds. Nail plate is the visible nail part. The tissues that overlaps the nail plate at the base is the cuticle. The skin below the nail plate is the nail bed. When ever you feel the pain in nails the pain arises in the nail bed. Lunula is the white half of the nail that is visible.</p>

So let us have them one by one.</p>

The dirt that comes with sweat in order to be cleaned it is very important tot bathe. The use of deodorants and talcum powder remains for some time only.</p>

<p>In summers while bathing if we use scrubs then it really helps clean the entire dirt, bacteria, and body odor.</p>

It can even cause headaches. So use strong perfumes only in cold and dry seasons. In summers it is better to use perfumes with lemon, rose, and sandalwood.</p>

<p>Wear only cotton undergarments in summers. Loose and cotton clothing are the best for summers and it also tolerates sweats. Chiffon and aurangeza fabrics can also be worn.</p>

<p>It is better if you avoid jewelry in summers, although you can wear other accessories that look unique. You can wear a pearl necklace, but do not wear neck tight accessories.</p>

<p>Try to make hair-style that does not allow hairs on you neck. Like if your hairs are long then you can tie them up or can scrunch them.</p>

<p>In summers our body loses water in huge quantity. So in order to compensate the loss we should drink loads of water which constitutes at-least 10 glasses of water a day. This facilitates drainage of all poisonous elements fro our body.</p>
<p>Lemon is perfectly fine for summers. In this a small spoon of honey about 1 teaspoon and pinch of salt can be combined. If you are suffering from any disease then you should drink salt, sugar, and soft drinks etc. but after consulting from a doctor. Instead of having tinned juice have the fresh fruit juice. Instead of a hot cup of tea r coffee take iced tea. IT is the best suited for summers. Eat more and more of fruits, curd. And avoid fried food.</p>

If you are feeling awkward due to something or the other then just get to the deepest core of your heart and mind. You will find that there are many such works that you can do it very successfully. You will find many such people who do not have qualifications equal to that of you.</p>
<p>You know what friends???? While writing this article there are many questions that are firing my mind. Who after all is responsible for the failures of a person? If one is not able to take the advantage of an opportunity then who is responsible? If someone who is having potential immense potential still is living a life of an ordinary person, then who is responsible? If one is negative pr pessimistic towards life then who is responsible?</p>

<p>I can say that very confidently that an individual ditches himself/herself the most or simply more than anyone else. Nobody else is responsible for one&rsquo;s failures more than that person itself. Some people get totally disheartened and let themselves down after a certain failure. But he is not able to find out the reasons responsible for his/her failures.</p>
<p>No wonder what has happened with you in the past, but you life is still alive. Your value is still alive. And most importantly no one has got the right to throw you like garbage in the dustbin. You can stand up once again and relive your dreams. There is no importance of a past which does not allows you to live you dreams and instead makes you life hell. I can present before you more than hundreds if examples of people who were badly and inhumanly ignored and insulted by the world but then, there was a spark in them that led them high up above the world so high, like a diamond in the sky. People who use to insult them yesterday are now no less than their aspirants. </p>
<p>No matter how deep is your path, but it can cover the rays of sun. If you on your own are living a lifeless and pessimistic life then really I can&rsquo;t help you. But if you are afraid of your past failures then get up its high time now. You will happen to meet many such people who do not have the qualities equal to that of you but still they are happy. Just throw away the inferiority complex in you because if other people in the world can be happy so can be you. If some one lese is successful the\n you can also be. Failures do not mean that you have lowered your value. </p>
<p>Like am telling you one incidence of mine. Once in a workshop my sir asked all of us by raising a 1000 rupee note that who wanted it? At once he could find all our hands rose. Then he folded it badly and then asked us who wanted it, again he found our hands rose. The again he threw it on the floor and put dust on it and then asked whether who wanted it, again he could find our hands rose. So, it was very surprising that even after so much of worse conditions of that everyone wanted it. The reason is as simple as that, the value of that 1000 rupee note remained the same Rs. 1000. Friends just like that from failures our values do not decrease; on the condition you value it rightly. </p>
