We work and work for the whole day, depending on our capability, but then now or then there come s a moment with everyone when we tend to feel absolutely exhausted and completely in a need of recharge of our mental factory.
The reasons for this exhaustion will obviously differ from person to person, with some person it may be because of academic pressure; some may feel it because of the family pressure and various other reasons.
Let us forget the reasons, why to consider them, because I have for you some interesting and really effective tips that are made to work as a knife to your stress. So let us have them one by one.

1. Exercise:
I personally feel that whatever be the situation like, exercises have always proved to be the best remedy for all such problems. Though it gives you a short term benefit but what is wrong with it, because if followed daily will relax you daily away from that killing stress. Everybody can be benefited form the exercises.
2. Pamper
It is good to pamper yourself, after you should be the first one to encourage and love yourself, if you do not do so why do you expect others to do it for you? You can do it by simply sorting out a time enough for you and spending it that way you really like. It may be by going to your favourite spa and getting the head and body massage there. It should be anything that would relax you absolutely.
3. Sleep well:
Sleeping is though loved by majority is still taken for granted by many people. Researches have always shown that eight hours of sleep is adequate and good for health. And those who do not get this adequate amount of sleep and are comparatively less productive and active to those who sleep well. It has also shown to improve over bad moods, and it also increases the stamina and energy.
4. Family and Friends:
In anyone’s life their family and friends are configured to be the biggest assets. So it will be good for you to spend some quality time with such people. It may in the form of a dinner out, or a picnic etc, anyway all you would love to. Because remember the most precious thing in this world is to have people whom you can trust with closed eye, there nothing that can replace this precious gift! So such people in your life are of-course worth a part of your time being given for them and hence for you. It is only then that you get to talk, laugh and feel.
Above all the given tips, it is most important to take care of yourself. Some people feel guilty while doing so, and I really do not find a point of any guilt? Just refrain such feelings and realize that you need to live for yourself as well, it is only then you are able to live for others who love to see ‘you’ happy!
