It is a bitter fact today that every person who works for earning livelihood, does not finds time for himself/herself. You work without realizing any difference between day and night. • Do not forget to look after your hands. Do this: Massage your feet with a good foot care cream, and then wear a pair of good quality cotton socks.

• You must find it strange but it is true that the type of position or support your neck enjoys matters a lot in the night body care. So, since you know it now you should ensure that the type of pillow you are using is of a good quality, or even you need not use pillow if you are not addicted to it.

• It is a very good and beneficial practice to lit aromatic candles and then sleep, this relaxes both your body as well as senses. But always make sure to blow them off before you actually sleep.

• Have you ever heard of the “hot stone massage”? Well, you hear it now. This is done to heat your heart and is generally found in spas but with a bit of effort can be conducted at home as well. Just follow the below given instructions:

You need a flat stone equal to the size of your palm.

First of all boil water in a pot. Then add peppermint, clove and rosemary in it. Put that stone in the water and let it be there till it becomes heated. Now put off the heat and let the stone become warm. Then you need to relax in a room that has soft lit lights and is dark. Now lie on the bed or something and place that rock between your breasts. Allow your self to go in a deep peaceful sleep. After you wake up I bet you to find yourself calm and relaxed as never before.
