Till now only the resurface model for artificial knee and elbows was available, but now shoulder’s artificial resurface model is also available.

CONCEPT OF RESURFACING:

Resurfacing refers to the correct the surface of the joints and make them soon alright and smooth. In the resurfacing process the portion of joints which is damaged is being rubbed and made smooth and right. In this process, instead if removing the entire itself, only that layer of the bone which is damaged is removed. So, in this process the patients are not given more of problems and pains as only a portion of bone is cut out and thus the body is also prevented form any unnecessary treatment. And one very remarkable merit of this technique is, that it leads to the natural and free movement of the limbs and thus the joints of the patient are able to work just as they did ever before.

THE SPECIALITY OF THE NEW MODEL:

The resurface model of the shoulder has now been introduced. The speciality of this model is that, it requires the least removal of the natural bones. Only the shoulder’s damaged socket is smoothened and in the same socket new resurface shoulder is fixed. After this technique the shoulder is able to work just as it did before.

WHEN IS THIS OPERATION NECESSARY?

When the shoulder starts to face problem due to hardness or getting a sensation of jam, and when you face problem in even raising your hands, then this operation should be conducted without delay.
